Are you happy with your life as it is right now? Are you still searching for that something that says there must be more to life than this? If you are searching, the Gospel of Jesus Christ offers good news to you, and God has established a plan of salvation for you.

1 Corinthians 5:17 says, "If any man (person) be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away and behold all things become new." That's right! When you discover who Jesus is and the things He has done for you, God's word promises that you can become new. It's like an opportunity to start over by changing directions. It is literally God's way of sending you a life preserver to rescue you from misery and hopelessness.

Do not trust your feelings, they change. Stand on God's promises because they never change.

Find a local church where you can worship God. Get baptized as commanded by Christ.

DAILY SPIRITUAL GROWTH PRACTICES

• Praying- You talk to God. Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.
• Bible Reading- God talks to you.
• Witnessing- You talking for and about God. Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ. Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus. Develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.

X’S AND O’S
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you.

Therefore I repent of my sins, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you.

Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again.

I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.

I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward.

Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
